Who is responsible

This website is run by Karyna Krykotun (MoonCatCode), Poland. If you have any questions about your data, write to krykotun.karyna@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This is a simple portfolio website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or user accounts. Fonts and images are served from this website itself — no data is sent to Google Fonts or other third parties when you browse.

This policy also covers the concept websites in the portfolio (for example Casa Maré). They are design demonstrations: any forms on them are not connected to anything and do not send or store the information you type.

Like almost every website, the hosting provider may automatically record technical access logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of the request) to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept only for a short period and are not used to identify you.

When you contact me

If you write to me by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, I receive the information you choose to share (for example your name, contact details and project details). I use it only to reply to you and to discuss or carry out a possible project. Messages sent via WhatsApp or Telegram are also processed by those services under their own privacy policies.

The legal basis is your request and steps taken before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep the correspondence only as long as needed for this purpose or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data I hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

Changes

If this website changes (for example, if analytics or a contact form is added), this policy will be updated.
